Traders / sellers wishing to participate at one or more events and wish to register for one or more events in 2012 can go to "Trader Registration 2012" page and print a copy of 'Annual Trader Registration Application Form 2012' (available shortly), complete all sections required and return by post or email as early as possible. Bookings and allocation of stalls will only proceed upon receipt of registration form. Do not send any payment with this form. Separate payment form and agreement forwarded after receipt of above.

FRANKSTON ARTS CENTRE

Cnr Davey & Young Streets Frankston Vic 9.30am - 2pm. (Start & finish time this venue only)

Indoor Area Only Function Centre $55.00 per stall per day. Price includes 1 trestle table (180cm x 75cm) & chairs  

SANDOWN RACECOURSE

Princes Highway Springvale Vic 9am - 3pm

Indoor Main Hall $65.00 per stall per day. Price includes 1 trestle table & chairs

Outdoor Stall Site (approximately 3m wide x 6m deep) $45 per site per day (sealed area with cover, does NOT include trestle tables or chairs). 

MALVERN TOWN HALL

Cnr Glenferrie Road & High Street Malvern Vic 9am - 3pm

Indoor Area Only Main Hall $65.00 per stall per day. Banquet Hall (2nd smaller hall) $50 per stall per day. Price includes 1 trestle table 180cm x 60cm (approximately 6ft x 2ft) and chairs. PLEASE NOTE: Stalls along the wall in main hall will only be available in 2, 3 or 5 stall packages if available.

THE MORE YOU TAKE - THE MORE YOU WILL SAVE

A $5 Discount is applicable to each and every stall when three or more are purchased for the same event on the same day. This package will apply to all indoor areas where trestle tables are supplied in stall price. The package does NOT include Outdoor Sites at Sandown Racecourse where trestle tables are not supplied in the stall price. Discount price will only apply to payments made on or before due or final day for payment at each event. Discounts will not apply to those traders making a late payment after due date. Late payers will incur a late payment fee of $5 per stall and will need to be added to the regular stall price.
